The location is magic and the views are simply outstanding being positioned above the boardwalk that links Happy Valley to Kings Beach. The building has been completely renovated in 2013.

This tastefully appointed unit provides a touch of luxury for your well earned holiday. This property has it all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, a large balcony and parking for 2 cars. This property has air conditioning throughout for you comfort all year round.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a modern ensuite and air conditioning. Two of the other bedrooms have queen size beds.

The modern kitchen has quality appliances and a breakfast bar for those leisurely mornings. If cooking isn't on your holiday agenda then you are only minutes from the cafes and restaurants of Caloundra and Kings Beach.

Beautiful spot
Absolutely beautiful views. It was lovely been able to open the huge doors and just listen to the ocean and not here cars driving past like we have had at other ocean view locations. Great location with plenty of things to do with children without having to drive anywhere. Place was comfortable. Only suggestion I would have is for there to be a blind put in the third bedroom. My teenager son had that room and had trouble sleeping as the sun comes up early and at night would have the light from the streeet lights shine in.
