The hotel was lovely. The only thing that ruined our stay was the restaurant. No table service ,and the food was terrible . Being such a lovely venue the restaurant needs some improvement .

Great hotel, stayed with my family, boys aged 11 & 7 they had a great time. Loved the kayaking and sail boats. The pool was excellent. About 4min walk to the patrolled beach. Excellent place to stay.

Perfect family place to stay. Throughly enjoyed using the facilities - kayaking, the catamaran and the pool. There are also activities scheduled that the kids can do. We would definitely like to return for a longer stay (we did just a night). The property itself is surrounded by bushland and kangaroos everywhere. Feels very special. The room itself is ok. Not amazing, but clean and does the job. Staying here is more for what you can do and the beautiful surrounds than the room. Breakfast was great.

Nice and clean. Good pool. Nice restaurant next to pool but lack ambience at night inside with no table service that was disappointing. Needed to pay first and take a number. Food was slow and waiting an hour.

Our room was very dated and not clean. There was hair left in the bath and on the sheets. The staff were not helpful and the lady working at the front desk for the breakfast buffet was incredibly rude to my family.

The property in very tired, in need of a complete overhaul. And a very deep clean. Staff were polite but possibly undertrained. Restaurant was ok, but more options needed. Housekeeping was very poor, if any at all!

On arrival our floors were quite dirty and we had no shower gel in the provided container. We left a note the following day and all was fixed. Very convenient for our wedding we attended up at twin waters golf club. Overall it was a good stay.

I love the place myself and the kids had a blast. Some constructive criticism, some staff members are friendly others not so much. Disappointed when I got back to my room the afternoon and my room was not made up and beds where not made properly. I love coming back to a fresh clean room.

Better signage needed
Signage to find rooms is minimal and difficult to see at night. Tap water pressure was weak. Service was wonderful just the above aspects were a disappointment. The room itself was comfortable but more a 3 to 3.5 star quality. The service from the staff pushed it up to 4.

EXTREMELY outdated. There was dust built up on the vintage curtains, stains in the bath and shower, the carpet was so old and felt dirty under your feet. The tiles needed a good bleach. 2 star motels I’ve stayed in were more comfortable.

Horrible stay
The main area is beautiful and the pool area is great. Checked in thinking fornthe money we paid we will be placed in a decent room. It felt qe cheked into a 2 start motel. Inhave photos of rusty items , the carpets were smelling lile mold and old, dust everywhere and the bathroom was dirty and beds looked like 1970. Lamps were dirty and broken. Terrible experience. For dinner I order food that came one hour and half later. Such a disappointing experience. Not worth the money not worth ever going back there.

Don't bother staying here
Place was super run down, crappy service, bad attitude. Loud. Understaffed. Not clean, smelled of sewer in bathroom. Just not good.
