The property in very tired, in need of a complete overhaul. And a very deep clean. Staff were polite but possibly undertrained. Restaurant was ok, but more options needed. Housekeeping was very poor, if any at all!

EXTREMELY outdated. There was dust built up on the vintage curtains, stains in the bath and shower, the carpet was so old and felt dirty under your feet. The tiles needed a good bleach. 2 star motels I’ve stayed in were more comfortable.

I am sure back in its “hey day” this would have been quite a flashy place to stay. It’s not now. Reception were lacking in personality and there was no welcome. Customer service was zero. We liked our room, inside. It looked great. Bathroom, lovely. Bed, so rock hard we left at 3.30am. A mixture of consistent noise outside our room by guests not understanding there were people trying to sleep and that the floor would have been close to as comfortable as the bed was. Seriously bright lights outside the room also make a good sleep near impossible. Won’t be back. Is what it is.

Average. Dinner took over an hour to come out - Eve. Kids meal. Not an overly busy night in the restaurant and no explanation given by staff. Food was unimpressive and over priced for the quality & presentation. Our bathroom was dirty - I took pictures in case they tried to say it was our mess. The lady who made my coffee this morning was lovely & personable.

The staff were friendly but not invested in sorting out issues of which there was many. The room was not cleaned properly and was freezing cold because the air-conditioning was stuck on cooling. A call to reception was not passed on, so 90 min later had to walk to reception to get anything actioned. Cleaning lady and maintenance man were lovely but air con only worked until turned off then went back to cooling only when turned back on. TV in bedroom kept turning off after 1 minute. Serves of food in restaurant too small for the cost involved. Place is overdue for renovations.

My rooms shower head was broken the room was filthybwhen we got the poobstill on the toilet bowl cupbards dirty could not even hang my suit ...... was terrible
