Loved theview from our room. Only thing in the room, we needed a freezer in the fridge to keep some of our food for our dog frozen. But the folks we were visiting had room for it. Lovely hotel and wonderfull staff!

Great service from front desk staff(warm and welcoming), hotel was clean but rooms could use updating (stained carpet and chair, bathroom showing wear). Bed was comfortable though and great location, walking to district 1881.

I would not stay here again. The lobby was beautiful but that’s where it ended. The photos are much better than the hotel itself. The pool was a huge letdown… it was like 3.9 feet at the deepest if I remember correctly. There were old , used pool toys floating in it and a huge smooshed spider on the wall. The beds were terrible with bad sheets and cheap over stuffed pillows that started giving me a headache so I had to just sleep without one. I could hear the neighbours clear as day, and they were up late when my kids had to be up early for a hockey tournament so it was frustrating to get them sleeping hearing the laughing through the wall every 2 minutes or so. There is only a breakfast buffet which you pay extra for. Unhoused individuals roaming the parking lot with shopping carts. The staff however was very kind and welcoming - 5 stars for them, but never again.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, I didn't require much, so not a lot of interaction with them. The breakfast was awful, I had to clean my own table, and the food at the buffet was cold. For $25/plate it was very disappointing.
