We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. The restaurant is very good, we ate there twice. We loved our room, we had suite, so it was spacious, there was a couch we could watch TV at. Two TVs, one in the bedroom. Nice size and good selection of channels. Two things were not good, the bed sagged quite a bit. Mattress should be replaced, and the towels were small and not very thick. We had nicer towels in all the other places we stayed in, even though this was the most expensive place.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area is very quiet, right on the water, and within a 5 minute walk to a few very good restaurants like Governor's, and Flavor on the Water.

The hotel has been renovated and refurbished and is very nice. The reception was very friendly and efficient. The room was a suite and was lovely. The view was amazing. Our only complaint was with housekeeping. There are a lot of conditions on the type of service they provide. We asked for the standard service and no change of sheets but change of towels only. The beds were made but not very completely and the in room coffee was never provided except on the first day. There is coffee provided at the lobby level and I took advantage of this service.

The hotel overall was an excellent experience as I was here for a work trip. The room was clean with modern amenities and services, as well as a convenient bar/restaurant on the first floor. The gym also provides a beautiful view while working out!

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was a cheater. One of the doors was not lockable, and the sink and mirror were separated from the shower and toilet by one of the cheater doors. If you are going to continue to show a picture of a hot tub on your website, clearly indicate that it is only available in the penthouse.

This hotel is awesome. We upgraded to a King suite and we were not disappointed! The place was beautiful and overlooking the water on the 8th floor, right on the boardwalk. Breakfast was served in our room and check out was noon! What else could you ask for. The building had been totally renovated and the decor was on point. We were able to walk to several restaurants within a couple minutes. The only downfall was that we only stayed one night. Would certainly stay here again!

nice but overpriced
Overall nice, but for that price you would expect to have a 'smart' tv and that the wifi would be secured. Breakfast at the restaurant is pricey and minimal...and don't expect a latte, they only have regular coffee.

Beautiful waterfront walk. Room wasn’t quite ready yet when we arrive but the staff worked hard to get a room for us and we only waited maybe 10 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant. The room was beautiful.

This was our first time at the Simon Hotel and we’re completely blown away by our experience. Highly recommend the skyline option. Included parking and breakfast brought to your room each morning. It was a great breakfast with decent options. Great customer service and updated rooms. Will definitely be back.
