Excellent location, right next to a nice mall with shopping and great restaurant options. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you team for getting us towels right away!😊 The room itself was nice however the shower temperature keept fluctuating. It gets so cold and then gets so hot it’s unbearable. The sink faucet was hard to shut off I thought it was stuck! This would be such an easy and cheap fix if they really want to address it (room # 411). Buffet food is nice and convenient. They are standard Filipino dishes but all are yummy and delicious. All in all, I highly recommend it and would stay there again when I’m in town.

The hotel is easily accessible to the Robinson mall, but the breakfast is not free, you have to pay for it. Food choices are average. We stayed in the hotel several times and everytime during our stay, towels, hand towels, floor towels and toilet paper are not easily available , we always have to call the housekeeping department which is inconvenient. I wish they are available right away because those are basic necessities when you stay in a hotel. But I love the reusable slippers and dental care kit as their room amenities. In general, we love our stay in Summit hotel.

The staff is extremely nice. That saved him from being a one star. Let me start with the pros. 1. The staff was extremely nice. 2. The breakfast wasn't that bad actually. 3. It's very close to the mall. 4. They do have nice amenities such as toothbrush shaped kit, things of that nature. The cons: 1. They probably need to do a little bit better cleaning. For example, at the side tables of the bed had stains from drinks. 2. Overall the hotel was not that clean to include the room. Example of this go in the lobby and look up at the ceiling. 3. They have parking but it was extremely hard to get one that was available. 4. Taking a shower there is like playing Russian roulette. The water will be extremely cold then 2 seconds later. Extremely hot and back to ice cold. Also the water pressure seems to be bipolar. 5. The room we have specifically did not have an iron though others do. I would rate it as in motel 6 in the USA.
