Very clean room and hotel, felt like a newly built facility. The complementary breakfast was convenient and tasted great every morning. Elegant dining experience, slightly overpriced for what you get but for the convenience it was worth it. Very friendly staff, there were several staff members walking around constantly making it very easy to ask questions or get assistance.

The hotel had mold in the bathrooms. It smelled of smoke. I checked out 2 days early. I am waiting on response fron Expedia about a refund for the other 2 days i did not stay there

The sofa bed had a very thin mattress that caved in while lying on it. The air conditioner suck, the air didn't reach the other side where the beds were and my daughter that was sitting on the sofa was really cold. But then it was very hot at night. Spoke to the maintenance guy and he said that’s how it is set up. The beds were super firm and very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a wooden board. Did not sleep very well. The front desk girl at night was not very friendly. The lady who serves the breakfast in the morning was very nice! The housekeeper was nice as well. The only eating options is this very expensive teriyaki place that is not that good and subway. You would have to drive some distance for food unless you go to the gas station on the corner. My family and I would not be returning.

Room smelt like urine. Dirty shower with mold female member night staff not pleasant or helpful left many times the station to smoke pot. No towels in the swimming area for guest. pillows were very uncomfortable Homeless person was sleeping by elevator doors

The person who checked me in was an absolute nightmare! He tried putting me in the last room available AFTER I already paid for a certain room type (suite) ut was trying to play it off as it was what it should be. He was very rude and snarky.

Terrible experience. The checkin time is 3 pm. We arrived at 4:40 but we had to wait until 5:15 because our room was not ready. I had two little kids who were tired of a long road trip but they had no chance to take a rest until 5:15. There is no excuse for this long delay. The bathroom was also out of shampoo.

It was a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, the smoke detectors went off and we did have to evacuate the building with our young children. However, that wasn’t the hotels fault! Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! Would totally book again.
