Basic hotel
Hotel room- big and comfortable but aircon is old and a bit tricky to manage the temp
Bathroom- big! But shower ran out of water for a short time. This is due to many guests taking a bath at the same time.
Food- big serving but oily and coffee was bland
Limited food as there is limited housekeeping.
Noisy as radio is turned on loudly.
Overall, room and bathroom are spacious. But i will not stay here to relax.

It was a great stay - I travelled with my mom and auntie (they are senior) and they enjoyed their stay. The room was not extravagant but it was comfortable. I wish there were more activities to do in the hotel itself (pool?)

Convenient and nice hotel
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was comfortable, although a little bit old, it would be great if they could renovate the place for some improvement. :) Also, the room was a little priced considering the limited amenities provided.
A/C unit leaking, water damage to ceiling, toilet leaking which caused bathroom floor to be wet all the time, bathroom window broken tied closed with a wire and couldn't lock window because it was broken
Me and my family enjoyed out stay well definetly come back. Hotel staff are friendly and very accomodating.

Room too small
First of all the pictures from the site isn't as nice as it seems, i booked a cabin garden view and it wasn't a good view as I expected the rom was like a studio very small and the bathroom shower had mildew on it and not enough space where they had the toilet . It's made for a very small person to use because the walkways so close to it . No shower curtain so the whole floor gets wet along with the toilet . And to make matters worst I booked a room queen size bed through Expedia site and when I got there they gave me a double bed and when I asked about the bed size they said Expedia showed me the wrong bed size that they made a mistake and when I called Expedia they told me that they showed me the right size bed which was a queen but no one owned up to the mistake and Made it right for me . I will never do bussiness with you guys again . It just showed me how you guys take care of your customers when your at fault .

Stayed at Beatrice because it was close to taal volcano.
The hotel is small with no amenities but the staff was friendly and breakfast was tasty.
after i arrived in this place...ive noticed that parking is not suitable for longer stay around 4 cars to be exact are able to parked there..and the place is so deep you have to pass at least 3(THREE) stairs..its not good for people who have disability in climbing and going down the stairs..

De-stress after a busy December
The room we stayed in was very spacious. The staff were all very courteous and breakfast we had was good. It would be better if they would open their kitchen for guests who would like to have dinner at the Chateau.
We reserved a queen sized bed but they gave us only a full. The bathroom was so narrow that we had to sit sideways on the toilet. Many walls were in need of paint. The food was good and the location was about twenty minutes from Talisay where one can take a boat to Taal island in the lake in the crater of the volcano.
The room was clean and the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast was so-so. The stairs leading to the inn was steep and long. If the guest is handicapped or a senior citizen, this is place is not for you.
Chateau Beatrice gives you a true feel of a Tagaytay B&B. Great location along the Tagaytay-Sta. Rosa, close to Starbucks and the rotunda. Small staff, but friendly and efficient. Not a 24-hour front desk (only 7am-11pm) but that's good enough for most travelers to Tagaytay.
Their in-house resto serves really good food for the price.
Tip: if you're a big group, pick the VIP room. You won't feel cramped! :)
The place was great for family and small group of friends if you're looking for a budget yet nice place to stay. Basic amenities are already included like towel and toiletries.
We found the chateau very homey, spacious, clean, quiet & comfortable. The room and bathroom were very spacious indeed, & the beddings were smooth & soft to the skin. Breakfast was authentic Filipino food. I had boneless bangus with eggs, and my wife had beef tapa with eggs. Both were delicious. Service was prompt & efficient. We'll definitely recommend this place.
We were greeted by the Most Accomodating, warmest, patient Hotel Manager, who personally attended my family's needs and demands. I booked for 1 room for my family and another biggest room for my brother and sister's family. My room was upgraded to VIP, which has the most luxurious toilet and bathroom. We cannot asked for more. Very comfortable sleep. The family room, they did everything they can, to accommodate my family who are excited to bond with us. I salute you guys, especially my Lovely Host/Manager. With Sumptuous,
big breakfast. Extended late checkout.Minimal additional charge. We truly feel at home. Definitely will go back again, any chance we get! WELL Recommended!
We booked for the VIP Queen. For the price, the room is really spacious with a large restroom and a lot of closet space. Chateau Beatrice doesn't disappoint on the comfort department - the bed is cozy; beddings smell nice, with soft pillows and clean duvet and sheets. The price is inclusive of breakfast, which they serve from their restaurant Wicked Waffle. There are a lot of food choices and servings are hefty. The hostel is centrally located, hence, getting to tourist spots won't be a problem.
Tourists looking for an accommodation that's easy on the pocket, without compromising on quality, will find this place a steal of a deal.
staffs are polite and accommodating and the food is good and affordable except for the EFFORT of climbing stairs for guests with orthopedic issues. I hope that they will soon find solution for this.
