Nice enough
It was a decent stop after a long day’s drive. We used the laundry and ate supper in the restaurant. The staff were nice enough. The hotel could use a makeover.

Property is ok, the breakfast was really terrible. There is no excuse for poor quality food at breakfast, its not a difficult meal to cook. I would have given a 5 if it wasn't for this issue.

This is a dated hotel and some of the amenities were missing or poor quality. For example, there were no coat hangers, the couch was falling apart, but the bathroom was lovely. Kitchen was good, but poorly equipped.

The rooms were excellent BUT there was no weekend house keeping. The reception staff were great but the Saturday 3.08. 2024 cleaning staff let the resort down. Will definitely recommend Taipa Bay Restort to everyone so just sort out the house keeping.

Loved our stay at the Taipa Resort. The position of the resort right across from the beautiful Taipa Beach is just awesome. We had a beach front unit and so woke up every morning to the most gorgeous view and went to sleep listening to the waves. Magic!! The only criticism I have is that the carpet was badly stained, there were lots of marks on the walls and curtains badly needed replacing. Get these things up to scratch and then I would highly recommend the resort as a place to stay

Stunning views. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating and the room was filled with everything you would need for food prep and amenities. The on premises restaurant was lovely for Ala carte breakfast and coffees. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Trip
The room was very spacious but carpet was very stained in many areas, couch and chair were not very comfortable and the king size bed mattress was very very uncomfortable resulting in us leaving a day early. The mattress needs to be replaced. And when we went to the bar for a pre dinner cocktail, the ice machine wasn't working to they weren't able to serve cocktails at all.
