Josh and the the lady on the desk when we arrived were excellent. The bed was clean but the room and overall facility are tired and worn. The shower curtain had some black mold. The restaurant staff was hit and miss.

Could be fantastic but old and dates now. Quiet location, nice pool area but freezing cold. Rooms, hallway tired. Breakfast basic but standard selection Again a little money spent could make this great. Rooms upstairs loud if you are on the ground floor I was woken at 4am and 6am. A gym would be great too

This was our 8th stay at the Waitangi Copthorne, we usually go once a year and for the same reason, it is close to home while still feeling like you are on holiday, our children love the pool area and the team are always friendly.

The location is lovely and the grounds are gorgeous. The pool is lovely (but not heated). The rooms were fine, the bathroom was dated and fush was fiddly. Overall a good place to stay for a family holiday.

Friendly & Helpful. But I think they should be doing the renovation like the bath vanity. The house keeping can improve the service like checking the bottle of shampoo & bath soap both are empty when I’m starting the shower. Can you imagine!!
