Good stay but still have room to improve
We stayed at the hotel every time we come visit Taiwan. The first couple of years was excellent but this time the drainage pipe on the vanity was blocked, the silicone in the bathroom was full of black mould. Not as good compared to the last few stays. The front desk did offer to resolve the blocked pipe problem but was very late at night and we only stayed for one night so we did not accept the offer. But overall the room was nice and comfy.

Clean, nice location. My only complain is the check in agent overcharged me by NT $1000. He apparently did calculate by using a calculator in deducting the deposit paid incorrectly for the first day of my reservation that I booked directly from their website. I did not notice after I reviewed my confirmation email and have disputed the overcharge through the credit card company. Good thing that I did not use my debit card.
