Family room is big for 4 adults. Just the toilet & bathroom design can be improved. Too few hooks to hang clothes inside the bathroom. When shower, need to pass used clothes out otherwise not enough space to put towel & new set of clothing

Good location
Good location. Walking distance to xi men ding shopping street. The room is considered small, no much space to put luggage. The design of the sink is very bad. The tap is so short that the table get flooded with water easily. We cannot control the temperature of the room. Though we set the air con to 25 oC, the room temperature is 21 oC. It’s too cold.

We had an okay stay at Just Sleep. The location is amazing and close to shopping by and food options as well as the main station. The reception area and team were very nice and they provided drinks and snacks through most of the day. The room (a Hollywood King) was laid out well to make the best use of a smallish space. There were a few issues with the room, however. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was very very hard - so hard that we considered moving hotel just to get a good night’s sleep. We ended up being given an additional mattress topper and a single duvet to lie on but these didn’t help much. There was no bedside table or plugs on one side of the bed which meant nowhere for one person to put phones to charge, glasses etc. The bathroom was large but very dark with insufficient lighting. The window of the room looked out over a dull street and was streaked and dirty. The wallpaper and bathroom tiles looked a bit scuffed and faded. We had breakfast on one morning and found the selection to be good but there were issues with the temperature of the food - the scrambled eggs were also cold, along with many of the other ‘hot’ items. Breakfast was expensive (400 TWD per person) for what was in on offer so we skipped it in favour of better options close by. Overall, a slightly disappointing experience.

Very impressive with this hotel. Clean room, friendly and helpful staffs and located in the heart of shopping and dining area in Taipei! Highly recommended and will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Taipei again!

Well operated 3-star hotel with 4 star quality. Overall exceeded my expectations in terms of room near & tidy. Housekeeping is v efficient with fast response. cosy lobby area is a big plus & except 2 technical area for improvement - never seems to get the ideal shower temperature - either too hot or too cold. Room feels cold despite switching off aircon. Perhaps could add electric blanket for comfortable sleep.
