This particular property has multiple areas of concern The room was unclean the sheets were filthy there were no clean towels no toilet paper Please stay somewhere else Also toward the back of the complex very unsafe behavior

The place is a dump! The room has a multitude of rusty fixtures and moldy/mildewy spots. The floor appeared to have been cleaned or treated but was left with some type of oil film that was slippery on my shoes and stained my socks. When I arrived, the room had 3 wash cloths and one bathmat, but no hand towels or shower towels. I went to the front desk to get those towels, and when I returned to my room I found they were either not clean or had severe dirt stains on them. The neighboring room was having a loud gathering including loud TV, maybe 4-5 adults talking in loud voices, and even a baby crying until after 1:30am on Saturday night. Bottom line: Save yourself and never go near this dump.

Complete false advertising on orbitz. Pictures very deceitful. Walked in room to see stained bedding, towel dingy, mattress had stains, sheets were wet. Couldn’t stay there at all. Rebook different hotel. Lost money on this. Don’t make the same mistake I did

THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE We arrived Friday evening around 7:00pm and literally turned around and checked out at 7:05pm THE WORST HOTEL EVER. Bathroom had no working lights, walls throughout the room FILTHY beyond words can express. They are not only a motel but also house homeless and drug addict. The owners don’t care what you say, they automatically charged the credit card. They should honestly not be listed as motel more like a halfway housing.

Not sure how the local health dept could allow this to be open. A lot of trash in courtyard including poop. The pool was filled with leaves and trash in water. The elevator stunk and had markings of dropped sticky fluid substance.the room had a mini fridge outside the door. The curtain did not fit window, light came in all the time. The smoke detector was ripped apart, with wires hanging. Shower light did not work, toilet seat was worn where more than 1/4 of seat was pressed wood.I only stayed long enough to contact a friend and made arraignments to stay elsewhere. The window at front desk had signs of NO REFUnDS. Not sure why your company keeps sending guests to this dump. I will think hard about using your service again.

was given the keys for room 301 third floor west side of bldg ,the room did not have a number on it , the room looked like a crime scene no tv , sheets were dirly and full of holes , key did not work to open door and from window i saw quite a few roaches running around the bed and by pillow. The place overall looked not good like a prison atmosphere with very sketchy people , went t lobby to request another room , the attendant were communicating in another language , it just felt not right i decided to return the key and booked another stay somewhere else , will not recommend

The sheets where stained and dirty. i personally took them down to the front desk. The Bathroom light wasn't working, light over the sink wasn't one, holes in the wall stuffed with tissue as plaster. The mattresses was a twin over a queen boxspring that was stained with no mattress cover, thankfully i came with my own linen and pillows. I took the non working bulb out of the bathroom to the front desk after replacing it my self. The Maintenance man appeared to be on drugs. No microwave, no mini fridge, no cable cord connected to the tv was given the Wi-Fi code so i used my laptop thankfully.The shower head needs changing and replaced, there was no trash bucket in the room i went and retrieved that on my own as well from the front desk office as well. The stairs are falling apart so be careful. I was bit by something while sleeping don't know what i didn't have a chance to catch it. none the less I will say the air-conditioning was suitable for the weather conditions. Over all i would never stay there again if they where given a room away nore would i recommend anyone to stay if your able to go else where I'd recommend going else where. If you do go there take caution. Who's passing these hotels to operate in business. There corrupt.

There were bugs/roaches throughout the unit, even in the fridge. The ac unit barely blew cold air, even at the lowest setting; it didn't control humidity. The television service was poor, not many channels to choose from, and the audio kept going in and out. The elevator was extremely slow.
