Filthy hotel
I’m sorry to say but this is a very filthy and poorly maintained hotel. The rooms are filthy doesn’t look like they cleaned at all. There was roaches crawling around. The maintenance of the building is terrible elevators broken fire alarm went off when I tried to call front desk my room phone would not work. Had to get dressed and go see if we were safe. I have to go through all my luggage now to make sure I’m not taking any of these cockroaches home with me

This property is tough to find and rough. The roughest Extended Stay I have ever stayed at. Walls damaged door to bathroom damaged exterior of fridge rusty, floors dirty. Disappointing.

They told me they purposely overbooked so when I arrived to check in, I was told they didn't have a room for me. I was told to seek a refund through Expedia but now they are refusing to refund my room.

Where do I start? First of all I better get a full refund for this reservation as we had to leave due to the strong smell of urine and marijuana although is a smoke free hotel, the roaches were everywhere, bathroom sink was broken, pain in the walls was cracked, there was a piece of pepper covering the fire alarm, the AC did not cool at all, and the window blinds where a different size there fire did not fit properly therefore people could see from the outside. No soap in the bathroom , hair dryer or hangers. Black bugs on bed. Quite frankly I am reporting this priority to the Florida public health commissioner. They should not be operating.

We were looking for a safe and clean facility for our daughter to stay before moving into her student housing. We chose this Extended Stay because of brand recognition and price. WE REGRET IT WHOLEHEARTEDLY! From roaches to late night fire alarms, lying and rude staff, and so much more. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!
