Room was filthy, bathtub had backed up water to your ankles. When I first checked in I dropped luggage and rushed to my event. In the morning after I got out of the shower the floor was so filthy I had to lay a towel down. I left at 11 am and the supervisor was checking rooms. Showed him the bath Matt and black towel and then stopped by the front desk. When I returned at 430 my room wasn’t cleaned and the mouthy ghetto desk clerk was rude and while I was talking to the manager kept running her mouth’than leave’ the manager knew o was pissed and kept at me. That way they could turn this on me as a bad guest. Far from it. Please don’t stay at this filthy hotel. The rudest ghetto staff

Had an occupied room initially assigned and then had someone come into one of our rooms while we were out and put the safety lock on with all our belongings inside. Nothing was offered to compensate for the multiple issues and the headboard light was stuck on in the room. The elevator also almost broke on us the first time we took it.

We liked the location of this property. Its located close to the FSU campus and the Florida State Capital complex. We didn't like that we were given a handicap room, with no sink in the bathroom. We also found a dirty towel that was left in the bathroom as well.

We booked a double Queen room, but when we checked in they said there was none available. They put us in a King room. The bed had a nasty stain and there was only Two small pillows. Breakfast was not good the sausages were rubbery as if reheated from previous day. Dining area was not clean.

One day there was zero coffee. One day they ran out of eggs by 8:00 am and it was Saturday with Families. The lights in the parking lot were all out it was SO dark! Finally came on my last night? Some of the staff was really friendly. The property itself was run down, the room was better thank everywhere else.
