Honestly, it was a complete mistake booking here. There is no shuttle so we had to pay $20 for a taxi both ways to the airport. Once we arrived, the escalator wasn’t working and then the elevator also wasn’t working. The Internet wasn’t working and when we talked to the front desk, they said sorry lots of people use it. They forgot to put towels in the room so we had to call down and wait an hour for them to bring them up. When we walked into the room, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, but at that point we had already taken two hours to check in because the front desk person had a hard time finding a room, that we just accepted it. I would highly recommend NOT to waste money for a bad experience to stay here.

The place was damp. The beds were painfully horrible. The tubs windows are now locked and tubs didn’t even hold water. We weren’t informed we had to order food 24hrs in advance. It was so damp it was raining off the ceilings and smelled like mold. I got a different hotel

My big issue was the very poor unconnectable wifi for my room/floor and could not get work done. The tub had a little hole where old dirty water would be trapped in. The "smart" toilet would make noise randomly at night. Signs of halted construction was seen multiple areas. Besides those issues, the staff was nice and helpful, the room was decent, the view was decent. If, the issues were fixed, the price would be good.

The main lift was faulty so had to meander our way to the emergency lift with our luggage was very inconvenient. Also the concierge was located in the floor above the ground floor making it inconvenient when the escalator was also faulty. Best thing is that the staff were very polite, humble and ready to help. One if them apologized for the inconvenience which was very commendable. Thanks for the stay.
