There were bugs in the shower. There were not enough towels in the room. Poor lighting. Poor electrical outlets. No coffee pot in room and no coffee offered/no dining on a Friday morning. We have stayed here many times before and have never been so disappointed.

This was our first time in Taos. We enjoyed the location and environment of the inn. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable that we left a day earlier than planned in order to get a good night's sleep!

The hotel is lovely and centrally located. There is a lot of history and the folks working there were really kind and friendly. The only negative we had, was that the beds were firmer than we like.
