The security lady was a beast, I apologize can't find a better description, she was rude ,rude and feel like she is there to give hart time to every one she can.She was mean and unfriendly. Everything else was fine, but she ruin the beginning of our experience, we were so happy to get there and then she give it to us, the manager help us and the secure remarks was I won't help if was for me I won't let you in. Was a little misunderstanding with my service animal, which by law he is allow to be with me, I provided all documents, pictures etc before I arrive but since was Christmas the person who received didn't note approve. But at the end always is somebody above and have some kindness and respect for others,

First , the security measures were great upon to the gate, the person at the gate was very thorough in validating information, which was a positive. I am only speaking for the unit we stayed in , as the complex itself on the exterior was maintained nicely. The pool itself was very nice and well kept, the beach area was nice as well but the only place to use the rest room at the beach was the restaurant area upstairs and the worker up there seemed annoyed we were using the restroom, and knocked on the door repeatedly as three of us used the bathroom respectfully. The interior of the condo we rented was out of date , which isn’t an issue as far as if it was well maintained , but it wasn’t, there was water damage on the ceiling of the shower from the shower head squirting everywhere , the bottom of the tub was black with scum. I felt dirtier leaving the shower . The couch and pillows were worn out , the bed felt like it would explode by even having a small child on it. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the tv from the complex next door and the person pacing the floor all night. I am sure there are units in there that are nicely kept and cared for , but you could tell this specific unit , room 3209 building 3 was nothing more than a revolving door for rental income. I would not return to this complex just based on the specific unit alone. I do not think I would ever return even with a nicer kept unit, I would go elsewhere .

i loved the lay out of the condo along with the ocean and pier view. the property was well kept and the linen etc was all great. Its very late check in at 5 PM so it was very inconvenient especially if we are traveling with children and read eye flights... front desk not very helpful. but i have to say once we were at the office in person they were more accommodating so i appreciate that. every day cleaning service would have been great since i was paying $400 a night and traveling with children and all the water activities we did. on the second day i requested refills of the shampoo etc along with towels at 11 AM and nothing was done till 3:15 PM and i had to make 4 phone calls stating the urgency ( no shower gel or shampoo and i had to wait till i got them).. we were hungry and kids were Hangry .. it was not enjoyable. we were just back from kayaking and needed a bath.. we will not be staying at this place for our next year visit. it may not matter much to you but wanted to put it out there. the front desk person was super knowledgeable but follows the rules by the book.. it would be great to be a little human !!!! cleaning service every day

The property is placed on a beautiful area, the apartment also had a nice Ocean view. Only reason for our bad rating is the Staff of the place was very disappointing. The first night we arrived we called about the refrigerator not working. We called the office number and they said there was no maintenance guy available at that time. Instead of transferring us to another suite with fridge she said to wait until the morning. The following morning we didn’t hear anything from them. We called in the afternoon and said the maintenance guy stopped by and said the refrigerator was fine when it was not, all our food went to waste. A complete change of plans, we had to go buy breakfast, lunch, and diner outside. She mentioned that the maintenance guy would stop again. When he did, the refrigerator wasn’t working and he said there was nothing that he could do, he said to call and ask to be compensated for the wasted food and inconvenience. We called many times expecting a call back from the manager. No one ever called back, we gave up on calling them. These people have terrible communication and customer service. Just know that and keep in mind before your stay. We stayed three days without a refrigerator, it really was a disappointment how their staff never cared or called us, not even once. We called them over 7 times and all they said was their manager was busy and would call us later, the manager never called. No one from them ever called us to address the issue.

Had a great stay, we come to this property a lot and the staff is always great. The units are privately own, so sometimes there is some wear on the furniture and appliances; but nothing that would keep us from coming back. The property is well located, has amazing views and lots of amenities.

The property overall was nice and our family would stay again. Pros- size and price matched family budget and needs. Property beach was nice but many areas being remodeled. Still enjoyed beach and pier one day. Cons- beds were old/warn with thick matress topper, sunk in, stuck Kitchen had zero bowls. Main bathroom shower only trickled, so 5 family members had to share bedroom bathroom shower. Staff entered unit twice without knocking, not sure if happened more while out. Elevator was not functioning last day, so we had to go up and down with our luggage from 4th floor. All somewhat minor, and why we would stay again.
