The listing is very accurate. This is a small space but efficiently designed. The kitchen in particular I thought was very well organized and well-equipped. Had pretty much everything one could need to do any sort of cooking/baking, as we like to do some cooking as well as dining out. This was greatly appreciated (full sized fridge/freezer, handy side table/island, good supply of knives and tools, etc). Nice to have the washer/dryer. We have stayed both in Mountain Village and in Telluride proper - this location is very central. Walk or ride your bike from the door and in 5 min or less be at the gondola, river rec path, town, etc.
Cons (getting picky here and some are out of owner's control of course): No windows to open. If want ventilation on a nice summer's day (as there is no AC, which is standard for our CO mtn towns of course), you have to leave the patio door open, which was fine, but would have been nice to have that option to leave open at night for fresh air. During our stay the condo next door was undergoing renovation, as well as the railings on the building - which was noisy. While we were typically out during the day doing activities, sometimes we wanted some quiet time. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, at time of our stay, the construction equipment utilized parking spaces in front of the unit and the workers were not particularly accommodating when we were trying to unload and carry our stuff through the maze of their equipment. Regarding the bedroom, the main bed is fine, but nothing great, and would be great if the owners could update and/or find a way to get a king in the space. There is plenty of storage, excessive for visitors (more understandable if this was your own residence), and more open space in the 'bedroom' would be preferred to the number of closets (which my partner described as looking like a locker room, which was pretty accurate). We used the lower bunk bed as a place to open your suitcase, as there is really no other space to do so. Last but not least, while there is a clever sliding barn door you can use to separate the bedroom from the rest of the condo, there is no similar separation for the bathroom area, a small retractable curtain would be nice to separate the bathroom/laundry/bunk area from the kitchen/living area. Again though, we really enjoyed the condo and as we anticipate many future trips to Telluride, this will certainly be a place we consider staying at again.
