Guest enter this first-floor condo from the courtyard of the Mountainside Inn. Upon entering, there is a small storage entry hall before the home opens up into the living space. The open living room features plenty of windows to view the San Miguel River, as well as a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and queen sofa-sleeper. There is also access to the large private deck with a private hot tub from this area. This space is open to the kitchen, which has a breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen has newer updated appliances with plenty of space to cook. The dining room, which is also open to this space, has additional seating for six and also has access to a large private deck. The hot tub is completely private and offers great views of the San Miguel River.
To the right of the entry is the first bedroom with a queen bed, flatscreen TV and a small riverside deck. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is attached. The second bedroom is located off of the dining area and it features a queen bed, a twin bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a stall shower with stackable private laundry.
Spiral stairs lead up to the third bedroom with a king bed, flatscreen TV, private deck and bathroom. The bathroom is spacious and has a double sink and a jetted tub/ shower combination. This bedroom shares the living room's skylights and is partially open to the living space below (no door).
