Location is perfect to walk downtown. Room, bed, linen all comfortable. Has a fan, used as white noise. Walls are thin and can hear others, but not a huge deal we have ear plugs. Seats at the tables are stained.

I can't say enough -- unusually kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast (particularly impressive without a full kitchen or dining room), hot tubs, and as convenient a location you could want without being on the strip...right by the riverwalk, gondola...and did I mention a very nice staff!

Very easy check in, was able to check in early which is always nice! Had some delicious warm muffins in the lobby in the evening. Parking was convenient right on the street. Clean room, comfy bed.

What was unique about our room was that the bathroom exhaust fan once turned on could not be turned off and it continued for the rest of our two-night stay. Other than that it was a nice place, and we would stay there again.

The room had a common door with the next room and we could hear everything. The hotel is poorly noise insulated in general. The toilet seat was clean but stained and old.

I liked the property and it was so confident to walk wherever we wanted to go. My only big concern is that the walls are very thin and it was very loud at night. The first night we were in a room that connected directly outside and we could hear other guests talking at the fireplace for hours which made it very difficult to sleep. We did ask staff to move our room the next day which they accommodated. Overall it was nice, the building is just a little outdated.
