Newly remodeled, on beautiful acreage between Temple & Belton, gorgeous views

The Texas Star cottage is only five minutes from Temple, seven minutes from Belton and only eleven minutes to Salado. The Silos, in Waco, are forty minutes away. The cottage is centrally located, yet has a country feeling.
Fruit, muffins, and beverages will be in the refrigerator upon your arrival to be enjoyed at your leisure.. Sit on the covered porch, take in the views. Bikes are available to ride with prior notice. Taylors Valley is a beautiful area to take walks. At this time, we don't have horses but are seeking horses to pasture.

The cottage has a living/dining/ kitchen combination, beautifully decorated with a separate bedroom. It has a covered front porch with relaxing rockers that look over
the pasture. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with down comforter. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen with granite countertops, flat screened television, with Netflix, Hulu & Disney, DVD player with over 30 DVD's to watch, WIFI, and a day bed. Our ten acre property
is located across the street from a large ranch, and is a great area for hiking and biking. This property beats any hotel room in terms of privacy, space, covered parking,
and hospitality.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Relaxing and peaceful taste of the country
The property is a beautiful cottage with easy access to Temple and Belton. Horses on the property next door with treats to feed them if you want. Extremely quiet and relaxing getaway location. Cottage is clean and comfortable and was a great launching point for our Belton adventures. Snacks waiting on our arrival and had great and easy communication with our hosts. Can't wait to stay there again!

Beautiful
On a recent trip to visit family, we spent 4 nights here. I enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the porch and hearing the sounds of nature - but also being close to everything. We visit the area several times throughout the year and definitely plan on returning. This place is a jewel!

We loved the quiet, clean, well maintained house. It is very charming and we appreciated so much, the extra thoughtful touches like breakfast muffins and snacks, movies, board games and books to read. It is thoughtfully decorated and cheerful. Exactly like the pictures show. Quiet and away from all the city noise. The horses really enjoyed the apples we gave them every day. Personal touches were so nice. Highly recommend staying here. Hope to be back.

We got in late, Instructions were excellent a few days before leaving which was very helpful, the little snacks were wonderful for a late arrival. We rented a car at Austin Airport and there was covered secure parking. Coffee for morning, so many little things shampoo,rinse. We didn’t cook but could with an oven and microwave. Excellent country morning walks. We definitely would return

Peaceful stay for work trip
My wife spent 2 weeks here while on a med school clerkship. She enjoyed the nice, calm surroundings, especially the horses and cows. The accommodations were comfortable, and the host was very attentive and responsive.
