Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, and you can tell the building is older, but very well built, and doesn’t have the thin walls that apartments and hotels built in the last 10-15 years have. I could literally hear the television, as if it was in my room, my last stay somewhere else. This made me appreciate the build of this older, yet well built and beautiful hotel. Don’t laugh…my absolute favorite thing of the whole stay was that they had bath and body works “stress relief scent” for the shampoo, conditioner, and soaps!! I was so excited when I saw that, I want to stay here again and again, to show my appreciation for having this product for me to use.

Very Good.
We traveled with our family to spend a different weekend. It is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly, they let us check in 2 hours before the scheduled time. And the bus to NY passes right in front. It is not a modern hotel, but it is super nice.

The staff were AMAZING really polite and helpful the room heat didn’t work and they had somebody come up and fix it there was streaks in our toilet and the room was a bit outdated but the bed was extremely comfy

Please know that there is a $100 incident fee that snuck up on plenty of customers arriving, including me. While the staff and transportation was nice, I had issues with the cleanliness of the room. My two roommates shared a bed and were bitten on their bed that didn't seem washed. One of them was bitten multiple times on the face and ankles and the other was bitten on the stomach. My bed was fine, but there were some stains. The bathroom was okay. The showerhead was old with pink crust around it (assuming it's bacteria and rust). The bathtub seemed old with cracks. The toilet would leak a bit everytime the toilet flushed (it didn't make a mess, but it was unsettling for me). The towels were clean Housecleaning was good and prompt. Staff were very kind and mindful. There was a shorter lady who spoke Spanish who was very informative and helpful. If I got her name, she made the experience very nice. I'm hoping I get my $100 back. Don't expect much, but if you need it for a quick and convenient spot, this is an okay spot.

The property is old and dirty. No drinking water available.. We stayed last Sept 26, 2024, and now it is Oct. 19, 2024 they still hasn't-refund the $100 security deposit, I tried calling and calling this Receptionist Omar or whatever his name is put me on hold saying he was busy and called back after 10 minutes. what kind of service is that?
