While the amenities are decent, the rooms are tiny for 2 bed. Bathroom and restroom is cramped smaller than a closet. While most of the staff is friendly, I had a poor customer service experience of directly charging late check out fee for just 15-20 min delay without being told upfront. During my visit, I also overheard an argument at front desk about another guest denied an accessible room in spite of availability and being charged for both existing and replacement bookings. Based on these experiences, the staff needs to revisit on how to treat customers. Front desk is not reachable via phone and room service cannot understand English I would not visit here again solely due to such unaccommodating guest policies

Very outdated property. The room we had looked like it was used for camping and severely outdated. Property is in a pretty good location, but needs major refreshing of the interior rooms and some exterior updates.

We were disappointed when we got there that we were on the second floor. Both my niece and I have bad knees. What I went to the desk, they were wonderful and changed our room to a ground floor. I would stay in again if I'm in that part of the country. Would highly recommend.

Overnight stay between West Yellowstone and SLC
We stopped here overnight on our way to Salt Lake City. It is a little out of the way as it is a ski resort. However, great room, and the Grand Teton mountains in the distance made it worth the drive.

Beautiful location… stunning view from our room. Clean room. Affordable. Very very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The food at the Trap Bar and Grill was not great, but the service was good.

Disappointing stay
Our room was not very clean, very outdated, not very roomy. Shower was old and tiny, beds were just okay. probably wouldn't stay here again. Went to dinner in the main restaurant and there was a dead fly on the table when we sat down. Food wasn't bad.

I made my reservation and then realized my husbands work schedule was not going to allow our stay here. I attempted to cancel it 2 days later, still a week prior to the trip, and they would not refund my money. I am now having to file a claim bc I got trip insurance and see if I can get my money back that way. Super annoying.

We stayed here in the last week of august. arrived at 8.30 PM and only 1 of their restaurant was open which was also planned to close at 9PM. After rushing to it, found out that they have only limited options and very very expensive. Didn’t have a choice as there was no other dining option nearby within 50 miles. So I paid $70 for only 1 entree and a caesar salad. The floors are extremely noisy and room walls are so thin that the side rooms are clearly audible. Couldn’t sleep entire night due to the noise.
