Staff was very pleasant. The place itself is nice for the price you pay, but apparently there had been a leak or something in our room. The floor dryer/fan was still blowing when we walked in & the smell hit hard. You don’t notice it after a few minutes unless you leave the room & come back.

The staff was great. Fast and helpful. The area was also good. The cleanliness could have been better. There was rubbish in the bins in both the room and bathroom, there was a hair on the toilet seat, and a smear of something blue on the curtains. Just seemed like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.

Very clean, friendly staff. Pool wasn't accessible at the time it stated it would be on the door due to cleaning. All around it was a good overnight stay.

Horribe staff at weekend breakfast.. hotel smells
The first day was fine as far as service goes.. but the room smelled horrible and my sink did not work. During breakfast the lady in there was more concerned about being on her phone rathen than making sure breakfast items were stocked up. Sat around complaining to the other lady that she was bot going to restock it because the same people were eating and since its included in the price of the room im not sure what the problem was.. and that was 2 days straight that i was not able to eat breakfast. Will not ever return to this hotel if im in Texarkana

The first room the toilet didn’t work they switched room that one was stinky and my baby leg was ate up by something in her bed the staff was friendly the property was very nasty and the manager was not on duty

The tub had rusty faucets and the light fixture didn’t have a glass covering over the fluorescent lights. The room smelled very musty and the appliances were very old. The doors were chipped and in need of painting and carpet looked dirty. This comfort inn doesn’t live up to the Comfort Inn standards. It was one of the worst stays we have encountered. We stayed in several other Comfort Inns on our long road trip which were great but this one needs someone from Quality Assurance to access its standards.
