No hot water in the morning , my family if 4 was not able to shower before driving 7 hours back home. I let them know up front and the lady said there’s nothing she can do and for me to email the owner or just go leave a bad review because he looks at them sometimes…I understand having a cheaper room does have it’s down side but no hot water ???

Definitely wouldn't stay here again! Staff was not friendly at all, i had to ask where our room was, as she just handed me a key with a sticky note. Rooms need to be upgraded, toilet lid was too small, found a bug in the shower, beds were supposed to be queen and we got full size. Last resort hotel.

The television didn’t work. The toilet ran constantly. Vent cover was falling off in the bathroom, the inside lock on the front door had bare wiring showing. Soap wrapper was found inside my pillow case. I notified the office upon leaving. She wrote the items down for the staff to repair.

Rooms were in terrible condition, the door was not secure, we put a chair in front of the door when we slept. The front desk people were helpful. Only one tiny ice machine all the way in the lobby and the “ice bucket” was not clean. The coffee pot was not clean either.
