Should out to Ted at the front desk for excellent customer service. We not only left with great memories but a good friend. Ted is the epitome of hospitality. Thank you for ensuring a phenomenal family friendly visit.
Does not come close to the DoubleTree reputation and quality. Room was dingy and smelled bad. During the night the central air conditioning was blowing out a sewage or dog feces smell - had to turn it off and open the balcony door for the night. Had planned to run on the beach at sunrise but ended up just checking out to get out as fast as possible.
Just a mean men working on the front desk. He was actually very nice with the person in front of me, explaining her everything that she needed to know about the place snd telling her they could leave the room an hour later than what it should be. And when it was my turn he acted very rude I think you should use the same courtesy with all guests!

When we went to our car to go home, the battery was dead..couldn’t get in..the two maintenance men came and were so helpful..they went above and beyond to get our car fixed..warm cookies are always delicious.
Bed was super comfy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was ALL the dogs!!! I guess that every room is pet friendly and leave my doggo with family when I travel. There were pet stains on the carpet otherwise the room was clean just a bit of dog smell at first. One concern is that the property is accessible and used by many people that aren’t staying there. No parking passes needed and folks just walk up and jump in the pool. It’s was clean and comfortable.
