We've stayed here a good 4 times now and as often as possible choose La Qinra hotels when available. Never had an issue before this trip. It's the little things. The desk clerk was not friendly. He gave us a hard time about or service dog which has never happened here. He grudgingly contacted his manager but once he did the issue was resolved. Handed the key card over without a word. Normally they offer 2 key cards and tell us what floor we're on, what time breakfast is, he did none of that. Got to the rooom and the toilet paper roll was empty, looked around and found a partial roll only, sitting on the shelf near the empty roll. We had our special needs grandson staying with us and had to make two more trips for bedding and towels from the 3rd floor. Desk clerk once again acted like i was bothering him, that is after he finally came to the front desk. Each tine he was nowhere to be found and waited a good 5 minutes saying hello, hello, for him to realize there was someone there. The door at the end of the building has a broken handle so with my disabled husband and service dog and special needs grandson we strugwith it and then had to walk from where we parked to the front just to get in the building. Very disappointed this time, hope it's not a continued pattern.
