First, way over charged on room rate. Second, if you’re charging $440 per night you expect your room to be done up with new towels and empty the garbage. Quality Inn did neither. I had to get both done myself. On the positive side Staff was nice.

Good stay but at 0830 housekeeping was knocking on door to clean when we were checking out that day seemed a little to early when we didn’t get in till late and check out couldn’t have been till at least 10 most are 11 but we couldn’t even find one posted

We enjoyed our new me night stay. Pool was nice but hot tub was out for maintenance, which would have been nice to know, since we picked this place for that reason. Breakfast was great! Entrance and exit into the parking lot was narrow and seemed small.

This property lists hot tub as an amenity. Because of 2 previous disappointments over non-working hot tubs, I called ahead to ask if it was working. The response was “As far as I know it is,” She LIED! We reserved a room, checked in about 3 hrs later, changed and went down expecting a nice, relaxing soak after a long day. There was a sign on the door stating the hot tub was down for maintenance. Other guests told us they had been there for a week and it had not worked since they had been there. How could management have not known??? She clearly lied about it on the phone. The front desk clerk could have mentioned it also while we were checking in but didn’t. It may not be important to some people, but was the main reason we chose this hotel. I am very angry about being lied to and staff not offering accurate info at check in. I will never trust this chain of hotels again if that is how they operate.

We were planning to stay 2 nights. The carpet in our room was so dirty walking across it in bare feet left feet black. It’s in bad need of a face lift, refurbish, paint, and THOROUGH cleaning. Left after first night. Won’t book there again.
