I don’t like giving bad reviews but we stayed in a family room for 1 night. Unfortunately, our sheets had not been changed. When putting the kids to bed, we pulled back the sheets to discover hairs throughout the bedding. We checked the other bed and it too had hairs. We told management and they did come and change the sheets but it didn’t leave a very nice feeling knowing our beds weren’t clean.

Property in good location. They have smokers and smokers bins outside of rooms. Had 2 either side of room and room filled up with enough smoke that fire alarm started to chirp. Reported twice and nothing done to move. Thought this was illegal since introduced in QLD in 2002.
