The restaurant bar portions are rediculousky small , not even in New York or Beverly Hills do you pay 20 dollars for a tiny slider burger. Also hardly any choices , the hotel need a clean up on the exterior , when I arrived I almost left , filthy outside of the hotel , the owner should be embarrassed of what the exterior of the building looks like .

Room was old, dirty, and outdated. Bunch of stains. They asked for a $100 deposit which I don’t understand considering the rooms are in bad condition. On top of that you still have to pay for parking. I would not stay here again. Highly disappointed

And the property we stay at the 25th floor clean room service was wonderful. You go down to eat at the restaurant. The service is amazing although the waiters are attended to you but we have our favor it person. His name is Raul. All of the times that we stay in the hotel, he is our favorite waiter. He make sure that you’re good if he gets to know you, you get the best service even better.

The hotel was nice and for the most part it was clean, but since areas of the room was not very clean. The desk and TV area was very dusty and the tub wasn’t cleaned very well.

The only problem is the entrance and the Exit. To entrance is fine but when you need to exit you need to around of several streets from the back of the property and very unsafe and confusing.

Pleasantly surprised
You definitely don’t feel like you’re in the heart of downtown Tijuana. It was very easy and convenient to locate and offers underground parking. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful 18 hole golf course and even has a casino with poker and blackjack tables. We really enjoyed the live music. Hands down you can’t go wrong booking here.
