I can’t have visitors Everything in the room is old The tv it doesn’t work Wi-Fi sucks The breakfast and the food on the morning to little and they don’t have to many stuff we ordered juice they charged us for it and for food they have 3 types only it was eggs and beans and potato’s For the same price we could have something better over there it was bad experience

Lack of cleaning , bathroom in the room Very outdated 🤢 very small shampoo bottles, no hair dryer. Very poor quality for the price. BUT ☝️ excelent customer service! 100% I just hope they upgrade the room bathrooms like they did the lobby bathrooms. Wanted to upload pictures but it doesn't let me do it. Limpieza muy mala, baño en la habitación Muy anticuado paredes manchadas, huele a encerrado. 🤢 muy pequeñas botellas de champú, sin secador de pelo. muy mala calidad por el precio. ¡PERO ☝️ un excelente servicio al cliente! ¡ 100% "Solo espero que mejoren los baños de la habitación como lo hicieron con los baños del vestíbulo. No pude subir fotos.

Too expensive to stay here.
I over pay for this hotel water in the bathroom was coming out of the tub into the floor, sink water would come out too, elevator thru the basement parking lot wasn't working, free food wasn't the best it used to be better, the noise between rooms is ridiculous, called to complain desk person didn't answer. One day woke up without water in pipes and nobody bothered to let guess what was happening until my husband came down and asked them what was going on why we didn't have any running water.

Probably the most unsafe place I have been. I say this because the room key they gave me opened multiple rooms. After check in I went up to the room and they had the hallway lights off so it was difficult to see. I was able to open a room thinking it was mine but saw that the room number didn’t match so I proceeded to open the room next to it and still wasn’t mine. Until I finally found my room in a very poor state. Walls had water damage. Light in restroom was falling off. Tv stand was broken. The toilet needed two flushes to make the water go down. Breakfast was flavorless. That’s just some of the things. Would not recommend.
