We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Close to Kennedy Space center. Also to our surprise there is an observation area to view launches. We happened to be there to get to witness on in the late night. It was very memorable for our family to watch. There is a restaurant on site. Breakfast was good with waffles,bacon/sausage, cereal, bread choices, oatmeal, fruit, juice and coffee. (They even had almond milk which I appreciated) Room was clean, and staff was kind.

Booked this hotel on a recommendation and in plenty of time for my trip to the Orlando area. Travelled with my adult daughters and ended up getting a room with one bed (even though I requested 2) sofa bed had no linens and there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. After a long day of traveling staff wasn't friendly and hotel a let down. Everything was so very low budget hotel and not what I expected from Hyatt.

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem we did encounter was a low water pressure in the bathroom. The showerwas very low and the sink would sputter when washing hands after flushing the toilet.

We’ve stayed here several times for a local getaway, but this time we were hunkering down for Hurricane Milton. The staff was absolutely amazing during this emergency! They waived their pet restrictions, and the place was full of families from around the world needing a safe place to stay. I had to take off one facility star because the air conditioner made a big puddle in the rug that we learned to avoid, but otherwise very well appointed. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for watching launches at the Kennedy Space Center. They’re all set up with viewing lounges that overlook the lagoon and the launch pads.

Our visit was very comfortable, but far away from restaurants, stores, etc. But that was ok; we just took an Uber. Other than that, it was perfect.
