Very pleasant stay
It was a perfect stay for us. Very clean hotel and the location is amazing. Everything is within few steps. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again!

Best Hotel in Tlemcen
The hotel is central and very close Lalla Setti teleferique. Mohamed from reception was amazing, he was very warm, nice and professional at the same time. He presented us with cold juice and water the minute I stepped in with my wife and kids, he was very helpful and informative. I was very surprised of the level of cleanliness, the room was nice clean and air conditioned. I will definitely comeback again to this hotel as it is a very good value for money considering its location, confort and CustomerService. Thank you to all the staff at the grand bassin hotel for making our stay such an enjoyable experience.

Honnêtement, le personnel était tres accueillant et la prise en charge trés rapide. Ils étaient tous à l ecoute.Petit déjeuner diversifié. Chambre propre et confortable. Seul bémol (pour moi)vue sur patio du 1er étage,manque de luminosité, pourtant c était mon choix.Hotel très calme bien que situé dans une rue animée. Je conseille vivement.

Superbe hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de petit commerces, et de site merveilleux à visiter tel que la Grande Mosquée, el kissaria et ces boutiques touristiques, le mont Mansourah, etc. Nous remercions la direction ainsi que l'ensemble je dis bien, l'ensemble du personnel pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur bienveillance.
