Best Hotel in Tlemcen
The hotel is central and very close Lalla Setti teleferique. Mohamed from reception was amazing, he was very warm, nice and professional at the same time. He presented us with cold juice and water the minute I stepped in with my wife and kids, he was very helpful and informative. I was very surprised of the level of cleanliness, the room was nice clean and air conditioned. I will definitely comeback again to this hotel as it is a very good value for money considering its location, confort and CustomerService. Thank you to all the staff at the grand bassin hotel for making our stay such an enjoyable experience.

Charmant et emplacement idéal.
Nous sommes resté 3 jours et 2 nuit sur Tlemcen. Une ville vraiment charmante. L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, très propre. La chambre spacieuse et climatisée. Un petit frigo, ce qui est vraiment chouette en forte chaleur. Sdb avec douche et wc, serviettes, savon et shampoing à disposition. Ascenseur, ce qui est un plus. Petit déjeuner de 7h a 10h30, avec un large choix de sucré, msemen, gâteaux traditionnels, vienoiseries, pain, pain de mie av grille pain, beurre miel et confiture, yaourts, jus, fruits, dattes... vraiment bcp de choix. Des œufs dures, des concombres et de l'huile d'olive. Peut etre ajouter un peu de salé à la demande (omelettes, légumes et fromage), VRAIMENT, je pinaille. Personel mixte, vraiment sympathique et acceuillants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci a tous.
