十分气憤的經歷
1. 我在13,14号Dec 入住green plaza,是一泊二食 180 美元
被安排3O9房間,門前的天花破了,封了2x3呎的膠布
2 整夜身子被床虱咬
3.半夜起床去廁所,發現冷气下桌上滿佈黑塵
4. 早上同一個女員工(名字叫小桃,會說廣東語)說身體很痒要求換房,她請示後說換312号給我,因我要趕去直島便離去了
5 整天身上又痒又痛,十分氣憤
6. 6:45p.m.回來後,前台給了我312号的匙,我說要求見店長,我向他投訴,小桃幫我翻譯,但忘了提及冷氣機的事,店長回說这天都有人住在这房間
7. 我在吃晚餐時才記起冷气机戶噴出黑塵的事同小桃講,後來店長交了319房匙給我,是一間3人房
7. 319房間的冷气机上的隔塵網是豎直的插著
8.全座酒店只有312及3O9門口上的天花是破爛被膠紙封著的
8.其實我在11及12号住在海盧(十分好的酒店房間可望到天使之路),想試試其他的酒店
9.已經到訪过日本多次了,酒店都十分好,這是首次令我十分生氣
Disgruntled totally
1 I lived for two days on 13,14 Dec. respectively with half board included,rate 180 us dollars
I was allocated room309 ,right in front of the door,the ceiling was broken so was covered by a plastic sheet 3 feetx2feet.
2.The whole night I was bitten by buds with much itchy all over the body.
3.When I woke up in the midnight for the toilet ,I found the the desk immediately below the a/c all covered with dust.I switched off the a/c. and cleaned the dust myself.
4.In the morning, I requested to change room to a female staff named小桃who spoke chinese,she reported the case and promised to change to room 312 .Since I hurried to 直島 on that day,I left right away after breakfast. When I got back to the hotel and requested to meet the manager to express my dismay, with the help of 小桃 for translation, however I forgot to mention point 3 i.e.the a/c emitting the dust.The manager said that the room housed guests over the passed days .I told him to sleep in the room for the proof.
