Over all staff was great but... No pool or hot tub (maintenance), no alcohol at bar time, water Luke warm in the morning. Beds uncomfortable and was above lobby so lights shining all night.

Checked in at 3 tv would not work. Called desk several times finally had to go down there and was told they never called anyone cause he was busy with customers. Told him I am a customer and he just emailed at me like it was funny. Will never go there again and would like a refund
