Everytime it's time to check out.... we extend! Even got 2nd room for our daughter to join us for 2 days Few things about property that shocked us: - ZERO tolerance policy RE: alchol & drugs (including weed) anywhere on property. No it is not allowed in the privacy of your room either, if you want to stay here! -Unlike most hotels these days stay over guest rooms still get daily housekeeping so unless you want to be woke up at 9AM by housekeeping MAKE SURE to have do not disturb hanging on door -They do have a variety of resturants in the building there is no room service & no you can not call in an order and pick it up. -VERY SECURE! You do need to have photo ID to enter the property, regaurdless if you want to just get dinner, play slots/tables or get to your hotel room, you must have photo ID! -They do allow service animals but other than that you can not bring animals,GREAT for my allergies! I cant list how EVERY employee went above & beyond DAILY for us due to limited space. I can say that if you encounter any of the following employees you will understand the title! -Amber, Angel (boy) Angel (girl), Julia, Ritchie or Amber at front desk, helpful freindly knowlegable -Juanita & Laura,bell attendants Kind hardworking always smiling great recomendations -Desmond at the player services VERY patient helpful & funny -April Waitress at buffet Hardworking Anticipates your needs kind & funny -Dymelle & others I didnt get names in housekeeping ALWAYS PERFECTION

The room hadnt been dusted, the coffee smelled of mildew when we used the Keurig in the room and restaurants were inconsistant about hours open. Casino was closed between 2:=5 and 8.

The coffee make did not work and had a layer of dust on it as did the nightstands, and the phone was absolutely filthy. We only had one wash cloth for two people. No regular coffee if the coffee maker had worked, just decaf. Only shampoo, no conditioner, one tiny little bar of soap for both the shower and the sink. Having said that, the room was nice and spacious and comfortable bed. Oh, and we could not find the TV remote anywhere. We searched high and low. We were only there one night, so we didn't complain, but it was frustrating.

NEVER STAYED SOMEWHERE WORSE
AWFUL FROM THE START - WAS NOT AWARE THERE WAS NO ALCOHOL ON PREMISE- WE BROUGHT A COOLER, ONCE INFORMED WE ASKED THAT WE CHECK IN AND THAT WE WOULD TAKE OUR COOLER OFF PROPERTY, WE CAME BACK AND THERE WAS AT LEAST 5 SECURITY SEARCHING THROUGH OUR BAG WITHOHUT PERMISSION AFTER WE WERE TOLD WE COULD LEAVE COOLER BAG TO CHECK IN AND THEN TAKE IT OUT. OUR ROOM DIDNT HAVE ANY HAND SOAP, NO SHAMPOO, NOTHING. TERRIBLE PLACE AND WONT BE BACK

We would stay again it was an absolute wonderful room, very clean and comfortable. Staff that we dealt with were courteous and professional. Looking forward to the improvements coming in 2025. We also really enjoyed the concert withJo Dee Messina.

It would have been nice to have wash cloths, didn’t appreciate having to set the digital clock. And the pillows were terrible with no choice of a different pillow. Also no extra blanket. So kind of just the little things but they all add up to a general disappointment.
