To start I was not able to check in at 3 pm because they stated my room was not ready. The front desk told me that they would call me when my room was ready. I never received a call from them. I returned at 7pm and they stated my room was ready. They next morning we had to leave early because we found bedbugs. I was told by the mainence manager that they woulod give a discount or refund but since I booked through expedia I would have to go through them, but that I would receive a call from the hotel about this.. I never received a call from the hotel. Expedia tried calling them but they could nolt get through to the hotel so Expidia said there is nothing they can do even though I sent them pictures. This place and expedia are a joke. Do not go here.

A beautiful hotel with large, well-appointed rooms, a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. The casino complex is rather odd — no alcohol and extremely tight security with uniformed guards just about everywhere. Everyone’s nice, but it give the place a strong-arm feel. I certainly do feel secure, that’s for sure.

The suites are very spacious, sectional sofa is a bit worn in the room we stayed both times (I think it was the same room both times). Huge full bathroom with a soaking tub and an extra half bathroom was a nice touch. Hot shower took a while to get hot at 9am. Rooms were very clean and never once felt sketchy.
