I can honestly say that my lady and I had a great stay. The hotel is next to everything you really need within a walking distance such as various food options, tourist activities, new stores, and it's a little busy around the area but it can keep you occupied which was fun. All of the staff were kind to us and my room even got upgraded when I arrived at the desk so that was a really cool gesture and made the stay even better. My literal only knock is that the room was a little cold for me but that’s an easy fix with a hoodie. 10/10 for the stay and will probably be booking again in the future.

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel itself was a big disappointment in comparison to the photos. Furniture was old and chipped. It was stated as Deluxe apartment but did not feel this. I will say the bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast is drinks, muffins, fruit and yoghurt so less than a continental style.

Room is so spacious which we really like. Layout is great and room was tidy. Some wear and tear which is normal but still a very comfortable stay. Outside in some areas can be sketchy in the evenings as there is a large homeless population a few blocks over but that is out of control of the hotel. Would stay again.

At our stay at this hotel, we experience the most helpful, friendly staff that we’ve had in a long time. There was absolutely nothing they didn’t do to help us. The grab and go breakfast was a great asset. Definite two thumbs up for the staff

A great stay!
A superb stay. From booking to check out it was extremely well organised and efficient. Danny on Reception checked me into a beautiful room complete with fireplace. He was extremely kind, helpful and efficient. His customer services skills were excellent and I received 5 star service from him. The room was huge and had everything I could have wished for. Very well appointed. The hotel is in a great location with everything you could need nearby. I thoroughly look forward to staying here again.

The staff were friendly but the conditions of the room were not good. Dirty, scuffed, worn walls, doors, etc. Flooring was coming apart and needs to be replaced. Sheets werent clean and bed wasnt comfortable. Very noisy outside at all different times. Was excited to see a washer dryer but there was no laundry detergent to use them. The ac/heat didnt work well. The headboard was broken and not attached to anything so it would bang into the wall if you lean against it. Only one light on the headboard worked, and both sides,the reading lights were broken. The toilet would run randomly throughout the day and night. The shower was loud, it sounded like a generator running everytime you turned it on. I could even tell when others were showering cause its so loud.
