Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Pros: location, if you want to be close to downtown and the subway line(s).
Full kitchen (full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, kettle, toaster).
Easy in/out parking.
Cons: loud, unbearably. This is not “city noise” but constant banging all night long from within the building. I have never stayed at such a loud hotel, I barely slept and came home from my trip exhausted.
Stairs instead of ramps from areas like the parking garage. Makes hauling suitcases very difficult, likely impossible for disabled people.
After checking in and parking, the elevator from the basement would not close, until a staff member came and literally held it shut on the way up.
Other than the shower/tub, sinks, and sheets, the rest of the room is grimey, for lack of a better word. Smears on walls, surfaces. Duvet was stained with what looks like blood.
Coffee maker wouldn’t work until I moved it to a completely different outlet. Was only one coffee cup provided initially.
Toilet wouldn’t flush unless I opened the tank and pulled up the chain each time.
Wall plugs are so loose that chargers barely stay in the wall.
Some of the lamps and bedside lights were literally hanging on for dear life.
Overall: Would not stay again.
