Different rate at check out & dirty room
The rate at check out was $40 higher than the amount I made the room reservation for. Double check your email confirmations for this place when you book! Very sneaky things going on money wise… Also, the room was dirty! The bathroom grossed me out. Our sink drain was stuck closed so our water wouldn’t drain, the shower and toilet were visibly dirty, and the room had a smell of old vacuum.

They have full-sized hair and body soap. They are pretty clean for a chain hotel and management was nice. You can hear everything in the hallway, literally everything. So, walls are super thin, if you’re a light sleeper it’s not the best when you have a 3am wake up planned. Then again, I imagine most hotels you hear a lot. But I heard running, kids, and cabinets being slammed. Other than noise, the staff were nice, check in and out were easy peasy, rooms were 8/10 for cleanliness rating, breakfast had decent options, and parking was free. I’d stay here again.

Horrible smell (mildew/dirty feet) on the 2nd floor and room. It overwhelms you once you get off the elevator and even worse in your enclosed room. They had heavy duty fans out so maybe a water leak? Only a 6 hour stay and I was happy to leave. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was not friendly.

I didn't like the fact that there is an exhaust fan in the bathroom that is non functioning and lots of mold in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom had damage in upper4 right hand corner and the armoire also had visible damage to the right upper door. This room should not be called a suite.

Hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. Lots of space in our room, too, and lots of lighting options (unlike many hotels!). Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. All staff were courteous and helpful.

You won’t be disappointed
Just an over night for business but clean comfortable easy to get to. Breakfast in morning was good and that’s amazing for most hotels. Highly recommend to stay here

Nice and very close to Bradley
This was a perfect location to stay before an early flight out of Bradley. Hotel was clean, and had newer finishings. The pool looked nice and the lobby was nice. We didn’t try breakfast as we had to be at the airport by 5am and breakfast didn’t start until 6am. I would stay here again if I needed to fly out of Bradley. Nice place and so close and so convenient to the airport. Only took 5 minutes to get ther!
