Nice renovated & clean room (only not quite done with touch up paint or missing bathroom trim). Best part was comfortable beds. Room included a table & chairs, hooks, cubbies, etc. Breakfast was sufficient - liked the hot oatmeal & hard boiled eggs in addition to waffles, toast, cereal, fruit. Homestyle Mexican restaurant next door was exceptional, except for the kid's chicken & fries.

Good hotel for the money when traveling in the Mesa Verde National Park area. Pool was refreshingly cool after a hot traveling day. Good location for restaurants and gas station proximity. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Floor wasnt cleaned well. Oatmeal and coins on floor. Bathtub had peeling paint and was broken mortar on the floor from tile repair. Counters and toilet clean. Bedding seemed clean and bed was comfortable enough.

Nice hotel
The area around did not look very nice but I had no problems. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice breakfast… fresh waffles, oatmeal, cereal , fruit , bagels… anything you need. Very nice Mexican restaurant next to the hotel.

We checked in and the desk made a code mistake on my account. I was charged for the first 2 nights, but had paid in full on Expedia for our stay. Once in our room, we found we had NO TOWELS and NO BAR OF SOAP. Really?
