Hotel was great! Hotels.com was terrible.
My experience with Hotels.com was horrible. Thankfully the hotel service was excellent. Hotels.com messed up my reservation and did nothing to fix except keep me on the phone for two hours passing me from person to person. The hotel tried working with Hotels.com but the website service was not cooperating. I worked with the hotel to get me a room, unfortunately not the same rate but at least I had a place to stay in a sold out situation.
