Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town - a part of downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve.

The Space:
Condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
One Bedroom with King Bed, and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
Full bathroom, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv for streaming only (sorry no cable.)

This condo is 850 square feet.

Getting Around:
**Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025**
Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including first come first serve lot, metered street parking and parking garages.

Street Parking:
Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced.
Metered Parking:
Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Pay via ParkMobile app for convenience.

Parking Garages (Recommended):
Hardy Garage – 303 East State St.
Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance).
Old Town Garage – 125 East Eighth St.
Levels 2-4: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: 7 AM – 12 AM.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Awesome get-away
Clean, quiet, beautiful decor and every thing we needed. I particularly liked this unit because of the sunshine. It was a quick walk to downtown to great restuarants and shops.

Be prepared for a switch
We were 2 hours away from our destination when we received notification that our rental had no heat. Hard to believe as this was a condo in a multiple unit building. We were offered 3 potions to take or cancel our stay, we took the nearest where we wanted to be. An older home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom on the 1st floor. Not bad but bathroom was difficult to access. So last minute we had to cancel and find a hotel. Not fun. Management company agents were difficult to understand and were very uninformed about the issue regarding the heat, we could never get a straight answer on why we were cancelled.

I enjoyed my stay in this modern clean second level one bedroom condo within walking distance of the Village Commons and downtown Traverse City. Good amount of large windows to let in lots of natural light. Nice larger size shower and bath. Very clean. Katy was very responsive once connected to the Internet. I’d stay there again. I was a little confused finding the exterior door to the building that led up to my condo unit.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our only issue was the street noise that went throughout the night. If your used to city noise, it won’t be an issue. We just aren’t used to it so we lost some sleep. Beautiful stay overall!

Amazing Location
If you want to be in the heart of it all stay here. A very clean and very comfortable place to stay with thoughtful amenities. There were plenty of paper supplies and coffee for our first morning. There were lots of very nice towels and other linens. For me, the parking situation was not desirable and neither were the stairs for packing and unpacking purposes, but if that kind of thing won’t bother you, I highly recommend this five star spot.

Little gem in downtown TC
We really enjoyed the condo itself is stunning. We found everything we needed. Bed was comfortable too. Parking was a little challenging having to walk over to the structure and park on the third floor every time we went out but not that big of a deal. Great location, walkable to Front St and many restaurants and bars. We will book here again.

Perfect place for a girls weekend!
We arrived to a lovely condo on Friday evening, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. The weather for the weekend was a bonus as it was a picture perfect weekend to go wining. The condo is exactly as the pictures show - its really a beautiful place. I stay again in the future and recommend others to do the same.

Beautiful Fall Getaway!
My husband & I took advantage of the beautiful fall weather and spent 2 nights in this condo, which was perfect walking distance to the shops & restaurants of downtown Traverse City. The condo was completely furnished, *very clean, and attractively decorated. Best 2 night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time in the comfortable king size bed! This was the perfect location for my first time visiting Michigan! Easy drives to Sleeping Bear, Mission Point, Torch Lake, etc Plus lots of great shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance! The unit is very comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Traverse City. There is no elevators so toting suitcases is taxing. The second day, I washed three loads of laundry before I learned the dryer did not work properly, requiring toting the wet laundry to s laundromat. I was told repairman would be sent (did not happen) and that we would be compensated for our inconvenience (not so far). There were only 4 coffee cups and VERY limited silverware, requiring operating the dishwasher every two days with very little in it—not eco friendly.

Perfect Little Bundle
This space was the perfect size for a couple's getaway. Very clean and modern. The location was great-just a couple blocks from downtown.
