This home boasts 4 large bedrooms, updated large chef style kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, open floor plan overlooking a large lakeside deck to enjoy the beautiful outdoors that Northern Michigan has to offer.
Spend your days on the deck relaxing, or on the lake boating, water skiing, swimming, fishing & Kayaking. Off season this home is close to wineries, shopping, skiing (1/2 hour to Crystal Mountain), snowshoeing, ice fishing right outside your door, cross country skiing, 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City or Interlochen Arts Academy. Only about 45 minutes from the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Summer vacation does not get any better than this! If you are coming up for the Great Lakes Equestrian festival, this makes a great spot to come home to after a long day of showing. Just a short drive away to the every popular downtown Traverse City scene. Great restaurants, wineries, shopping and more.
