Great location with all the needs for your stay

This condo was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Front street and the surrounding neighborhoods. This is a good thing since the parking can be difficult and and you have to pay. They had all the conveniences you would need including coffee and creamers, The only thing I would change would be to get a more comfortable couch and dimmers for the lights. The lighting was very bright and it would be nice to have an option for softer lighting. Overall I would recommend this place for your stay in Traverse City and the wineries.

Exactly What We Needed

From the location to the space to the available supplies (including the bandaids!), this unit was exactly what we needed and had been hoping for. Parking was simple, but we mostly tried to walk because there was so much to explore nearby. We would definitely recommend to our friends and would love to stay again!

Second Year Guest

This was the second year in a row that my sister and I stayed at as a guest at this property. The unit is extremely easy to get to and the parking lot is close as well. Thankfully, we were able to park for free our entire stay since the lot doesn’t have assigned parking. The unit is clean and provides great lighting and a comfy couch since my sister and I typically go to wineries during the day and stay in for the evening after dinner. The unit is very close to Front Street so walking around is a nice feature. 10/10 recommend!

Great condo

Beautiful condo in downtown TC. Great location. Was able to walk to dinner. Unit was well-equipped and very clean. Was pleasantly surprised to find coffee grounds, sugar and cream so we could brew our own coffee in the morning. Plenty of room for two people. Owners were very response. Would stay again.

Perfect Little Space in Downtown TC

Nice little space in downtown TC. Parking was no issue, and host's directions were clear and easy to follow. The condo itself was clean and cozy, with everything we needed in it already. Checkout was too easy - we shut off the lights, closed the windows, locked the door, and that was it - no hassle with garbage or laundry. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great little condo in a great location

Clean, bright condo. Perfect for 2 adults. Comfy bed and couch. Well stocked (but don’t forget to bring your own toiletries!). Short walk to downtown Traverse City. First floor unit along 8th St so there’s some road noise and pretty loud footsteps from the unit above. But all in a great place to stay.

This place is perfect for a couples getaway. Close to downtown and the bars. Very clean and it had all the amenities. Parking is a little tricky but otherwise highly recommend. Even had the kindness to send a belonging that I left at the apt.

Great location, beautiful unit but be aware you might have unexpected fees

We started off rather sour on the unit since we had to put down a substantial amount for a deposit for two days besides the rental fee and we didn't get reimbursed for it for another two weeks after our vacation. It did tell you that, but I thought that was rather a long time to hold onto our money. Also, the regular parking is only available for 16 of the 24 units. Otherwise, you have to pay for parking in a garage unless it’s between 6pm-8am or a Sunday. Then there are a few spots free on main level of garage. When we came into the unit, though, we loved it. Very comfortable and easy access. Loved the location. Could walk to Front street and many shops and restaurants. There are definitely pluses and minuses to this one.
