Dont spend the extra money for the jacuzzi in your room. Not all the jets work and they barely have any pressure. As if the pump is going out. Brought it to front desk attention and was told "ok we will put in a repair ticket" where as oh you spent $1100 for a room with a jacuzzi that is literally only good for a giant tub, let us make this right. Anniversary weekend and looked forward to the jacuzzi. We have stayed here multiple times but will be looking intonother resorts in the area from now on

Not to happy for the money spent!
The bathroom had a sink that basically hung on the wall, no counter space at all to put your bathroom supplies. The light switch for the bathroom was behind the door. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. I have spent a lot less money elsewhere for a better room. Overall cleanliness was good. I give this “resort” a rating of 2.

i would never stay at this hotel again especially if your not facing the bay.. the park view is the state camp ground!!! the prices were super high and not worth it at all our door to our room had a huge gash in it looked like someone took and ax to it.. the elevator smelled like weed and was dirty nasty!!! the beach was super narrow and had trash.. the pictures on the internet were very deceptive..

Best part was being beach/lake front.
The hotel being lake front with a beach section was the best part of this stay. Some staff were nicer than others, Bridgette was the best! Our key repeatedly stopped working and we would have to go down to the main floor for them to activate them again, I’ve stayed in numerous hotels and have never had this happen like this. It says no smoking but that seems more like a suggestion for marijuana, cigarettes are smoked right outside the doors and non-smokers are SOL. There’s only 1 elevator for guests and employees with their cleaning carts. Overall it was an average hotel but rate it slightly above because of the beach/lake front access, you can also borrow towels at the desk. It had parasailing, boat, and jet ski rentals 2 buildings away.

Great service at this hotel. We had an issue with our refrigerator and within minutes Bridget was at our door solving the problem. Great service in restaurant, despite it being very busy.
