The staff friendly, room clean, comfortable beds, however one light fixture missing light bulb and Kleenex box empty. After locating housekeeping staff all resolved quickly and pleasantly. Would stay there again.

The toilet would not refill the tank with water without unsticking it to let water in . I told them about it but nothing was done . The lights by the bed would not work the plugs were all messed up I straightened them up so they worked . I told them about this but nothing done .

ZERO STARS!!!!!
Quality Inn is an extremely low quality hotel. My friend and I booked a double bed room for a two night stay, it costed us almost $550 for the two nights, and it was the most disgusting hotel we’ve ever stayed in. To begin with, the staff was very rude when we checked in. When we first got into the parking lot to bring our luggage in, there were multiple sketchy men staring at us and making us very uncomfortable and we felt very unsafe. When we got to our room, we noticed how dirty the room was. The counter and the bathroom were gross. There was a half used roll of toilet paper on the holder, and the “clean” towels had stains on them. The sheets and blankets on the bed didn’t feel clean and the room had a bad smell. We could hear every conversation through the walls and it was very disturbing. We noticed how dirty the floor was, so we used a baby wipe to wipe the floor and the white wipe was completely black. So disgusting!! The ice machine in the hallway was broken too and the fridge was barely cold and dirty so don’t plan on having cold drinks. One of our beds was broken, and totally slanted and very squeaky because it was literally broke. Please do not come to this hotel and waste your money and time. This hotel totally ruined our trip. We love traverse city but we do NOT love Quality Inn. Please understand that this hotel is not worth your money at all. I recommend going to Comfort Inn or quite literally anywhere else. I can not express enough how nasty this place was!!!!

After a long day I returned to the hotel very late, around 1am, and for some reason my key card was no longer working to get back into my room. I was fearful I was going to be stuck outside my room since it was so late, however I went to the front desk and amazingly there was someone there who was able to help out right away. I was very happy to have that service!

After a long day hiking the sand dunes, I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub to soothe my muscles. However, it was broken. The pool was moderately working, but small only one maybe two family's could utilize the pool at the same time. I opted for a hot shower. The shower couldn't keep a steady temperature, it would be cold then hot. And when I went to lock up for the night, the sliding chain lock was broken off the door! Luckily the deadbolt still worked but made me feel unsafe altogether. The sheets and blankets seemed cleaned, however they reeked of women's perfume - but, maybe that's what the detergent smells like, so it could be ok. Overall, I wish I would have paid the extra money and stayed somewhere nicer.

The room was infested with spiders. They were on the bath towels, bedding and walls. The bedding was dirty with red and black stains. There was an unknown substance on the carpet when we walked into the room. We were supposed to get a king bed it ended being a full. There were tons of guests yet limited parking. There was a lot of commotion resulting in police involvement. But at least when I mentioned the problems to the front desk attendant he understood and gave us a refund. Until they have the quality match the name I wouldn’t advise staying here.

They gave us a room with someone already inside it. It was very awkward. And then they didn’t comp our stay or even offer anything for double booking. The hotel reeks of smoke and looks dirty.

1. 2 lights between the beds did not work. Swapped out a bulb from floor lamp 2 Microwave was unplugged. Couldn't use it unless you unplugged the TV. 3. Rust in the shower head. 4. The pool and hot tub were disgusting with who knows what floating around. For what I paid for the room, I certainly didn't expect what I got. Terrible

This place would work well for a 1/2 way house. 1/2 way there already from the condition. When we left this AM, there were 2 MI state police cars blocking people in. Definately some sort of problem. Definately misrepresented on the site. Best to remove it. Even better refund us the $289 we spent to stay there as everything else was booked! This was an online reservation. Never again!

Filthy dirty and complete dis repair smelled parking lot is littered with thousands of cigarette butts garbage smashed beer cans. The rooms are cobbled together and they don’t even feel clean. They smell the Elevator was disgusting. I mentioned to the manager, and the guy just shrugged his shoulders disgrace. I live in a beautiful town and this is just an eyesore I left. There was a homeless guy dead Outside next to the pool. To charge with a charge for two nights it’s just an abomination I’d like a complete refund. I don’t know how you people can charge so much for a room and a hotel that is so disgusting. I’m very serious. I’d like to have my money back, but they have a minimum so it cost me $500 to stay in a dump. Is that what you want believe me I will Not stopping complaining about this hotel and telling people never to go to it’s disgraceful it’s an absolute dump and when the guy shrugged your shoulders, I know Doesn’t that say it all?

It'll Do in a Pinch
The hotel is dated. Really dated. However, it was clean. There was a strong smell of marijuana around the clock. I experienced a man yelling in the hallways at around noon daily. That was followed by loud singing. The TV was old. The showerhead had flaking metal plating. And there was a significant gap under the door. Slightly sketchy at times, but I only stayed 3 nights to help a friend move. I can survive anything. Staff was nice at check in. I didn't have the breakfast. I didn't utlize service either.

Hotel room was nice but a bit run down, spider on the roof, webs full of bugs in corners, weird entrance through the washroom. Staff was friendly but also wasn’t at the desk during our check out. Close to the beach which is nice and the pool was warm, hot tub seemed drained? A bit pricey for what we got but overall it was just a place to sleep for the night

Cancelled as soon as we arrived because the lobby, room pool and hot tub were nasty. The staff were rude and room was absolutely disgusting. This place is more of a rent by the hour place (if you know what I mean) than a place for a family with children to stay. The property manager is refusing to refund us what we paid for our 2 nights we didn't get to stay. This is absolutely unacceptable. We had to find another hotel because of the property manager's blatant disregard for quality and cleanliness. Funny that Quality is in the name. I will be taking steps further than the manager to hopefully get a refund. So far Expedia has been NO help to get to the bottom of this issue and assist with getting us a refund upto this point.
