Pick another hotel if you can, one with breakfast.
First and foremost, I wanted to do a check-in closer to 3 PM than 4 PM, the listed time. I had a very special event to attend. I called the night before and asked if a check in at 3 pm would be possible. The man on the phone, Nick, then told me that this would 100% be fine, and I should arrive at 3 PM to check into my one room. Upon reaching and attempting to check in in at 3:15 PM, I was met with a super rude young lady who informed me that my request would not accommodated and to come back at 3:30 PM. Upon returning at 3:37 PM, I was then told "yeah I'm not checking you in until 4". I then inquired if anything could be done to speed up the process and was informed "I'm not going to rush the housekeepers, you'll just have to wait and I can call you". I didn't get a call. I am just super confused on how you can speak and treat someone like this, especially after they are given false information. I couldn't even get a little respect from this individual when I have a special event I want to attend, which I had to be late to. I didn't even get an "I'm sorry". The other staff at the location are super nice and empathized with me. If you are reading this, pick another hotel. The online website says breakfast is served and there is no breakfast on site. A word to the wise, if someone is rude to you at the front, do not book a hotel room here. There are much better options that have breakfast included and won't give you false information.
