First, when we arrived at the concierge, there was a long line due to an issue with their card reader many cards were declined. They were nice to offer water while we were waiting. We booked a king room, they had us in a double room on the 3rd floor. The room was dark, with dull lighting. We found left over sushi in the refrigerator which was dirty. The carpet looks like it was from the 19th century, we had to get a sheet to throw on the floor for our daughter to play. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The drain in the sink was very slow. The towels are rough and the room had an overall weird smell. The furniture was old, dusty and dirty. I went to concierge to complain, the girl at the desk told me she was aware of the problem and housekeeping was going to come. I didn’t see housekeeping may be they finally showed up after we checked out. This is not a 4.5 star hotel, I would not give it even a 3. Expedia needs to correct the star rating. This is false advertisement. I won’t go back there, thank goodness I only booked one night. The only good thing in that place was breakfast, we enjoyed what we ordered.
