Even though there was a hurricane at the destination, making a need to reschedule the flight, I could not be refunded for canceling my room reservation, so I had to pay full price for a room I did not use. I will NEVER make a hotel reservation through Orbitz again. The problem was not with the hotel, it was with Orbitz.

Plastic gloves are great for germophobes like me
I couldn't find anything to complain about. They even had plastic gloves at the breakfast buffet. Great idea to keep your hands clean after touching everything!

I reserved the room with the hot tub in it, but didn’t get it and that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel so it was a little disappointed. Everything else about the hotel was great. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was clean and everyone was polite. My coworker and I had dinner there and there was only one server working and she was amazing! She ran around and served everybody with no delay and she had an amazing smile and great personality and made everyone feel welcome, even though she was so extremely busy. Very nice, clean hotel
