Showed up & no rooms!-recommended sisters casa!

No idea because she had no availability when we got to the place. Horrible communication between Hotels.com & Casa Mercedes & Elvis. Not sure if I trust Hotels.com to have current & updated communication with its “third world” hotel/particular connections. Lady said she emailed me. I’m like ‘what? You don’t even have my email’. Not good when you’re in a very foreign country with very little options and access to cell and Internet marginal.
