The hotel was nice enough, however, considering the cost of staying there I expected more out of their restaurant. The online photos do NOT represent the actual restaurant/bar areas. The spa was great as was all of the staff.

Everything from the time we stepped on the property was upscale, but at the same time very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The food and drinks were great and the atmosphere really set the tone for a great weekend. Lines up right to the water and you can walk to restaurants and bars and shopping very easily. A great place for some beautiful pictures as well! I can’t wait to come back to visit. The staff were all incredible! We fully enjoyed our getaway !

Seems like only a couple of elevators were working, even 4 is a few for 13 floors. Check in with my wife present at the desk with me, ask for 2 keys,then later when key she has does not work they tell her she isn't a guest and deny her access to the room… her name isn't on the guest list. We have the same name and that is the name on the room. Meanwhile I'm 20 miles away and she has no access to change for the competition she was in in the event hall… The desk would not call me either.
